Pay Online is available. Use of Credit Card option will result in an additional charge equal to 3.5% of the transaction amount that will be assessed the following month. There is no fee to tenants for use of bank draft option.

Emergency Maintenance
We do not monitor email 24/7. If it is a true emergency, please call the Answering Service at: 828-259-5110. They will track someone down so we can respond.
Examples of emergency maintenance:
- Fire – Call 911 first! Then call us when you are safely outside the building.
- Water leaks – please note, we cannot fix a roof if it’s raining, but we can address broken hoses or issues arising from other units.
- No heat and the temperature goes below 40 degrees. Unfair as it seems, loss of AC is not an emergency. We will take care of it as quickly as we can, but do not send after-hours techs to work on it.
- Security. If someone has broken in, please call the police first, but do let us know so that we can change codes, re-key, etc. There is little we can do in the middle of the night, but we can get someone out the next day. Please remember that our insurance does not cover your personal items. We encourage all our tenants to purchase renter’s insurance.
