Application and Fees
Applications may be filled out online via the listing. Select the “Apply Now” option, fill in the information, and hit send.
Applications will not be processed until we receive the application fee of $35 per adult. Any person 18 or over who will be living in a unit must a undergo background check. Pay online here (use APP as the Unit #), or checks should be made out to Urban Asheville and may be mailed to: 2 Vanderbilt Place; Asheville, NC 28801 or dropped off at our office. The office is located at the rear of the Vanderbilt Apartments, 75 Haywood Street, next to the Asheville Civic Center and across from the Pack Library. The office is typically staffed between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, and there is a mail slot to the lower right of the door, if no one is in. Office phone: 828-255-7951.
Pay Online is available. Use of Credit Card option will result in an additional charge equal to 3.5% of the transaction amount that will be assessed the following month. There is no fee to tenants for use of bank draft option.
